Shipping policy

At Daisy Joyeria, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Each piece is carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Domestic (U.S.) Shipments: 1 to 3 business days after processing
International Shipments: 3 to 7 business days after processing (delays may occur due to customs)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Insurance and Lost Packages

All packages are insured for their full value.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, a claim will be filed with the shipping insurance company, and a replacement of the same jewelry piece will be sent once the claim is approved.

Please note that Daisy Joyeria is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is no longer under our responsibility.
