The jewelry must not have been used, must not show any damage or breakage, must not be missing any pieces, and must be in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and accessories.

For all other payment methods, the regular conditions of our policy apply.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

Personalized, engraved, or sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
